The Financial Advisor (Partner Programs) role focuses on managing client relationships and facilitating the financial planning process to help clients achieve their financial goals while providing excellent service.

In Short

  • Manage client relationships and assist with complex clients.
  • Facilitate the financial planning process.
  • Conduct annual reviews, covering planning and investment topics.
  • Assist in closing prospective clients and leads.
  • Drive referrals from existing clients.
  • Analyze clients’ investments and insurance policies.
  • Participate in training and educational events.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate communication strategies.
  • Proficient in advisor/client facing technology.
  • Local travel to meet clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years as a registered representative with Series 65 or 7/66.
  • 5 years’ experience as a registered representative or equivalent.
  • Advanced designation (CFA, CFP, CPA) preferred.
  • Experience with complex financial planning.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Able to travel locally.
