Software Quality Analyst - Remote

Overview

The mission of the person we are looking for to fill the position of Software Quality Analyst (QA) is to ensure end-to-end quality of products that combine SaaS and On-Premise, ensuring reliable, secure deliveries that meet business needs.

In Short

• Plan, execute and monitor functional, regression, exploratory and integration tests in SaaS and On-Premise solutions.
• Participate in requirement refinement, contributing quality vision, acceptance criteria definition, and risk identification.
• Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios, checklists, and evidence, ensuring traceability and predictability in deliveries.
• Validate integrations via APIs (e.g., REST) and support failure analysis through logs and execution data.
• Act on bug tracking and monitoring (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), ensuring clarity in communication and proper prioritization.
• Collaborate with CI/CD practices and quality in the pipeline, supporting the evolution of automated tests and continuous validations.
• Support homologations with partner areas and contribute to process and quality standard improvements.
• Execute tests in different environments, considering the particularities of infrastructure, versions, and typical configurations of the On-Premise context.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives of the QA process (metrics, documentation, and best practices).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as QA.
• Experience with testing SaaS and/or On-Premise products, understanding environments, deployments, and configurations.
• Solid knowledge of testing techniques (exploratory, regression, smoke, sanity, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning).
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Insomnia, or similar).
• Familiarity with bug and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar).
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and support in failure investigations.
