Software Development Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The mission of the person we are looking for to fill the position of Technology Coordination - Software Development will be to lead and develop a team of developers responsible for building, evolving, and sustaining software solutions that collect and process data from thousands of energy meters installed in the field throughout Brazil, ensuring technical quality, delivery predictability, and alignment with business objectives.

In Short

• Coordinate the work of a backend development team, acting as a technical reference and best practices.
• Plan, monitor, and prioritize technical demands together with product, R&D, and other areas of the company.
• Ensure the quality of deliveries by promoting good software engineering practices (Clean Code, testing, architecture, code reviews).
• Technically support the team in architectural decisions, integration, and resolution of complex problems, with the support of the team's Tech Leader and specialists.
• Act on the development and evolution of team professionals, conducting 1:1s, frequent feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Facilitate communication between the technical team and business areas, translating needs into viable solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of development processes (agile methodologies, workflow, documentation).

Requirements

• Previous experience leading or coordinating development teams (formally or informally).
• Good foundation in software architecture, system integration, and distributed applications.
• Knowledge and application of good practices in the software development pipeline.
• Ability to manage people, with good communication, organization, and sense of responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years of technical management experience with development teams.
• Experience with support for critical systems.
