Software Development Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The mission of the person we are looking for to fill the position of Software Development Coordinator will be to lead an engineering team focused on our PowerHub product (SaaS), ensuring consistent deliveries, technical quality, and continuous evolution of the platform, transforming data and processes in the Energy sector into high-value solutions for clients throughout Brazil. This person will act as a bridge between business and technology, supporting architectural decisions, prioritization, and execution, with a product vision and focus on results.

In Short

• Coordinate a development team responsible for evolving PowerHub, ensuring deadlines, quality, performance, and stability of deliveries;
• Work with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog prioritization, technical refinement, and delivery strategy definition;
• Ensure good engineering practices (code review, standards, testing, observability, quality, and essential documentation);
• Support the team technically in architectural challenges, solution design, and critical decisions (especially in SaaS environment: scalability, multi-tenant, security, SLAs, costs, and performance);
• Monitor efficiency and quality indicators (lead time, throughput, bugs, incidents, availability), promoting continuous improvement;
• Conduct the routine of agile squads (ceremonies, alignments, and removal of impediments), in partnership with QA, DevOps, and Architecture;
• Develop people: 1:1s, feedback, performance management, individual development plan, and strengthening team climate;
• Collaborate with CI/CD practices and release governance, ensuring secure delivery cadence;
• Support incident and post-incident management (root cause analysis and preventive actions).

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas;
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a technology team coordinator, preferably in software development;
• Experience in a technology area (knowledge of the software development process);
• Experience with SaaS products, knowledge of the process (operation, continuous evolution, scalability, availability, security, and delivery practices);
• Experience with agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and working in multidisciplinary teams;
• Experience in process automation using applied AI;
• Ability for clear communication, conflict management, and alignment with different areas (Product, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Business);
• Results-oriented profile, quality, and continuous improvement.
