Software Quality Analyst (QA) - Remote

Overview

The mission of the person we are looking for to fill the position of Software Quality Analyst (QA) will be to ensure end-to-end quality of digital solutions, focusing on web systems, distributed integrations, and databases, ensuring reliable, stable deliveries that meet business needs. This person will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams, actively contributing to the prevention of failures, risk anticipation, and continuous evolution of quality processes.

In Short

• Plan, execute, and document test plans and test cases for web systems developed in .NET
• Validate integrations between distributed systems, messaging, and APIs
• Act on data validation in Oracle databases using SQL queries
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, bringing quality mindset from early development stages
• Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and architects, supporting risk identification and process improvements
• Support releases and homologations, analyzing behaviors in testing environments with an analytical and investigative approach
• Contribute to the evolution of testing strategies, ensuring clarity, traceability, and efficiency in deliveries

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst/QA/Test Engineer
• Solid knowledge in functional, regression, integration, security, and performance testing
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar
• Ability to work autonomously in defining, executing, and evolving testing strategies
• Knowledge in SQL for data validation, especially in Oracle databases
• Good communication, critical sense, and analytical profile for identifying and clearly describing problems
