Overview

Wavenet is seeking a proactive Portfolio Co-Ordinator to support the successful management of its growing product portfolio by ensuring smooth communication and coordination between cross-functional teams.

In Short

• Coordinate product lifecycle activities across teams including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Track product development progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Schedule and coordinate Product Board meetings and maintain documentation.
• Drive consistency in product documentation standards.
• Manage Wavenet’s Sales Hub and sales enablement resources.
• Coordinate the sales enablement training programme.
• Identify process improvements for portfolio operations.
• Engage with stakeholders across various departments.
