Overview

The Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist performs assigned duties under the direction of Wasatch Rx’s Controller, focusing on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Account Reconciliation.

In Short

• Must have demonstratable Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
• Hybrid Remote Work Schedule after 90 days: remote Tuesday to Thursday, in-office Monday and Friday.
• Full Time position, 40 hours/week.
• Full Time Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• 2 Week Training Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Hourly Compensation: $25 per hour based on Education and Experience.
• Responsibilities include managing Accounts Receivable and Payable, vendor payments, and account reconciliation.
• Requires proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, SAP preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years Accounts Receivable experience required.
• 2 – 4 years Accounts Payable experience required.
• Proficient in accounting software platforms.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles/processes.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
