AP/AR Accounting Specialist - Remote

Overview

The AP/AR Accounting Specialist performs assigned duties under the direction of Wasatch Rx’s Controller, focusing on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Account Reconciliation.

In Short

• Hybrid Remote Work Schedule: Eligible to work remotely Tuesday through Thursday after 90 days.
• Full Time position, 40 hours/week.
• Full Time Schedule Options: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• 2 Week Training Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Benefits: Full Time Employee Benefits.
• Hourly Compensation: $25 per hour depending on education and experience.

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years Accounts Receivable experience required.
• 2 – 4 years Accounts Payable experience required.
• Proficient in accounting software platforms (QuickBooks Online, SAP preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles/processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and/or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry preferred.
