We work on code that handles game clusters, manages game realm connectivity, stores player data, distributes game sessions in the most optimized way, and integrates with external services. In Short

• Develop and improve core services that power our game backend.
• Support existing systems by fixing bugs, refactoring critical components, and optimizing performance.
• Drive the transition from our custom legacy solutions to a modern, standardized tech stack.
• Collaborate with teammates on code reviews and design reviews to maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Integrate with internal and external services developed by other teams.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions and handle potential failures according to established protocols.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend/server development with one or more object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, C++, Python, Kotlin, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience in distributed systems.
• Understanding of system architecture approaches.
• Strong foundation in object-oriented design.
• Strong data structure, logic, and algorithm skills.
