Hubspot Marketing Manager (Part-Time/Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Hubspot Marketing Specialist to deliver on email marketing initiatives and help us complete a migration to Hubspot.

In Short

• Part-time contract position requiring 10-15 hours per week.
• Conduct audits of Keap campaigns for migration to HubSpot.
• Collaborate with engineering to define data requirements.
• Transfer marketing campaigns to HubSpot.
• Track campaign performance in Keap and HubSpot.
• Execute quality assurance checks for email campaigns.
• Analyze results and propose optimization strategies.
• Implement monthly content and event newsletter campaigns.
• Monitor and maintain lifecycle campaigns.
• Provide expertise on lifecycle marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with an enterprise CRM tool.
• 2+ years of Hubspot experience.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with a scripting language or “Smart Content.”
• Familiarity with data architecture best practices.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills.
