Nugget®, a direct-to-consumer kids furniture brand, is looking for an experienced Part-Time Marketing PM Contractor to manage the day-to-day operations and project trackers of the Marketing and Creative Services departments to ensure our team is all on the same page and operating efficiently to meet our deadlines and goals! We’re looking for someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves, help us improve our cross-functional processes, increase efficiency, manage our resources, and support our team. In Short

• You’ll be the pivotal bridge between Nugget’s Marketing and Creative Services departments.
• You’ll be responsible for managing Nugget’s campaign project timelines.
• You’ll proactively check-in with team members on their progress.
• You’ll verify that deliverables are completed and submitted.
• You’ll create intentional department meeting agendas.
• You’ll own, maintain, and update the team’s Marketing Calendar.
• You’ll partner with Marketing and Creative Leadership to develop timelines.
• You’ll assist with other Marketing support tasks as needed.

Requirements

• You have 3-5 years of experience in administration, department management, marketing communications, or related fields.
• You have a basic understanding of a traditional Marketing department structure.
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• You balance kindness, patience, and humor with a practical approach.
• You are passionate about process optimization and communication.
• You are persistent in accomplishing objectives.
• You can gain the trust and support of others.
• You can identify and create necessary processes.
