Inside Account Manager, West Coast - Remote

Overview

W.S. Darley & Co. is seeking a Inside Account Manager, West Coast to join our Team! The Inside Account Manager is responsible for assisting Outside Sales Representatives in processing driven sales opportunities through the entire ordering/booking phases, identifying new opportunities in assigned territories and relationship development with both customers and vendor partners.

In Short

• Assist and support assigned Outside Sales Representatives through the entire order process.
• Build cross-functional relationships within Darley Defense.
• Manage customer service requests.
• Conduct discovery calls to expand sales.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions.
• Develop personal relationships with customers and vendors.
• Respond to requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Conduct prospect calling to find new customers.
• This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
• Travel as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years of sales experience.
• 5 years of customer service experience.
• 5 years' experience with MS Office, particularly Excel & Outlook.
• 2 years' experience with a Customer Relationship Management program.
• Knowledge of tactical equipment and government contracts.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
