In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain low-level integrations with hypervisor technologies.
• Develop and maintain automation around Open vSwitch and BGP routing.
• Analyze and optimize hypervisor performance across I/O, networking, and storage subsystems.
• Write efficient and maintainable code in Rust, C, and Go.
• Build and enhance tooling for automated hypervisor provisioning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align development efforts.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation for APIs and systems.
• Mentor team members in low-level systems and performance engineering.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Rust, C, and Go, with experience in PHP.
• Strong experience with hypervisor technologies like libvirt, QEMU, and KVM.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and tools, particularly BGP and Open vSwitch.
• Skills in performance profiling and optimization.
• Familiarity with database systems, preferably MySQL.
• Expertise in Linux systems administration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Puppet.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Grafana and Sentry.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
