Overview

The Optical Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering customer retention, and driving sales in an optical retail environment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote customer retention.

Requirements

• Applicable state licensure or certification as an optician.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong sales skills and accountability for results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and merchandising skills.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
