Overview

The Optical Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, filling ophthalmic prescriptions, and driving store sales through effective retail practices.

• Recommend lenses and frames based on customer needs.

• Ensure positive relationships with associates and doctors.
• Meet sales goals through effective communication and sales skills.
• Maintain high-quality standards in service delivery.
• Other duties as assigned by the Optical Manager.

Requirements

• State licensure or certification as an optician.
• Experience in retail or customer service environments.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Attention to detail and merchandising skills.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with personal computers is preferred.
