Overview

As Lead, Web Marketing & Conversion Optimization, you will be responsible for optimizing user experience and website performance across our digital properties, driving sales through strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Develop and execute a CRO/UX roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize based on KPIs such as conversion rate and load time.
• Provide insights through monthly and weekly performance reports.
• Supervise the web team and contribute to talent recruitment.
• Implement conversion optimization strategies for sites worldwide.
• Deploy and automate tests like A/B testing and heatmaps.
• Improve UI/UX, particularly for the security division.
• Collaborate with traffic acquisition and IT teams to maximize performance.
• Ensure brand consistency in collaboration with Brand teams.
• Work in a hybrid model, with options for remote work.

Requirements

• University degree in marketing with 3 to 5 years of experience in web optimization or e-commerce.
• Practical experience in A/B testing and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an asset.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
• Autonomous, analytical, and driven to deliver results quickly.
