Overview

The Senior Data Engineer will design and optimize real-time data pipelines for a leading mobile gaming company, working within a specialized Ad-Network Team to enhance monetization through advanced technological solutions.

• Design, implement, and optimize real-time data pipelines handling billions of events per day.
• Architect data flows for bidstream data and auction logs.
• Build scalable event ingestion and processing systems using Kafka, Flink, or similar technologies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data or backend engineering.
• Proficiency in stream processing frameworks like Flink or Spark.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Deep understanding of event streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Experience operating data services in Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong debugging skills and a focus on reliability.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of stream-native analytics platforms.
• Understanding of frequency capping and fraud detection.
• Exposure to service mesh and cost optimization.
