CFIUS Business Analyst (Technical Writing) - Remote

The CFIUS Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing the company’s policies, protocols, and procedures to process and transform complex information into understandable content for both internal and external consumption.

In Short

• Assist in gathering information for CFIUS required submissions and prepare documentation.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
• Document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Prepare documentation that supports audits.
• Translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
• Maintain and prepare documentation for BCT operations.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements.
• Manage internal BCT Office documentation library.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in federal agency, compliance, or information systems roles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems and cloud platforms.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Proficient with data analytic tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Oracle, Salesforce.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
