This position involves facilitating and coordinating rehabilitation needs for injured workers, ensuring they receive necessary care and support to return to work safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• RN License required.
• CCM Certification preferred.
• Prior Case Management experience required.
• Multilingual proficiency preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Experience in hospital settings.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
