CVM Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a CVM Analyst at Vodafone, you will play a critical role in designing customer strategies and analyzing data to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

In Short

• Design and execute CVM activities to drive revenue and reduce churn.
• Perform customer analytics on complex datasets using Python and/or SPSS Modeller.
• Calculate and monitor key CVM KPIs for strategic actions.
• Translate customer insights into impactful commercial strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in CVM/Marketing/Finance/BI.
• A degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Advanced analytical skills and commercial thinking.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and data mining software.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, especially PEGA, is a plus.
