Overview

As a Senior Manager in IT Mergers & Acquisitions at Solventum, you will lead and represent IT in acquisition and divestiture transactions, managing resources and strategies to ensure successful Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) exits and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 11 years of experience.
• 5+ years in Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Experience in IT with Acquisition & Divestitures.
• Leadership experience in multinational corporations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT Security, Architecture, Applications, and Infrastructure.
• Ability to plan and deliver operational excellence.
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
