The Payroll Partner at Veralto will manage payroll processes and serve as a key member of the HR team, ensuring compliance and efficiency in payroll operations while supporting business growth.

• Manage assigned caseload for payroll inquiries and execution.
• Serve as the point of contact for payroll inquiries in EMEA, focusing on France.
• Handle the full payroll cycle and ensure timely salary payments.

• Maintain communication with tax offices and social security institutions.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile accounts with financial departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.
• Deep knowledge of labor, tax, and social security regulations in France.
• Experience in multicultural, international team environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
