• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing for clients.
• Review and process transactions including benefit changes and compensation.
• Conduct gap analyses and provide strategic recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Manage regulatory filings and communications.
• Work on multiple payroll platforms with vendors.
• Partner with accounting and HR teams on benefits management.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and filings.
• Experience with payroll platforms like ADP and Gusto.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to process multi-location payrolls.
• Adaptability to new technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
