• Support Thrive Plus Membership program, mobile app, and Pet Portal.
• Resolve client concerns and inquiries, including BBB complaints.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to assist clients and hospitals.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage a high volume of requests from clients and hospitals.
• Use tools like Zendesk and practice software effectively.
• Follow up on and resolve issues thoughtfully and on time.
• Provide feedback to improve tools and services.
