Overview

This is a hybrid support role that sits across marketing and customer experience. The position provides day-to-day assistance in managing customer inquiries, updating records, and supporting influencer outreach and campaign coordination. Working closely with both the Customer Experience and Marketing teams, this role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and confident in communicating across email and social media platforms.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, website, and social media channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product usage, ingredients, shipping, returns, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot order-related issues and liaise with logistics or internal teams.
  • Track and escalate complex queries or complaints for resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range and customer service policies.
  • Update customer records and ticketing systems.
  • Assist with the identification of relevant influencers in the wellness space.
  • Initiate outreach using approved scripts and messaging.
  • Track and coordinate influencer partnerships.
  • Support the Influencer Lead in reporting and content tracking.
