In Short

• Support full life-cycle recruitment during a busy hiring period.
• Assist with roles across Corporate and Commercial teams.
• Review resumes and support screening efforts.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates to create a positive experience.
• Maintain accuracy and organization within Greenhouse ATS.
• Manage job postings across job boards and internal systems.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring needs.
• Conduct research on talent market trends and sourcing channels.
• Support ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support.
• Exposure to recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
