Requirements

• Experience with Agda PS and leadership in customer service or Customer Success.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate team members.
• Systematic approach to analyzing and processing complex issues.
• Relevant higher education in service, leadership, IT, or similar.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
