Overview

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing a strategic sales plan for our lens finishing products within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to consistently meet or exceed sales budgets and goals.

In Short

  • Manage leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for eye care professionals.
  • Provide installation support and training for customer staff.
  • Educate doctors and staff on product benefits and features.
  • Establish and nurture a referral network to drive sales growth.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach and document activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Attend company and regional meetings, and medical education programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in the optical industry.
  • Optician certification (ABO) and experience in a finishing lab are desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • Ability to communicate technical product information effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven sales achievements and formal sales training are advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and cultivate customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight as needed.
