Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Medical Recruiter to join our growing team as a 1099 independent contractor. • Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Verify licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare candidates.
• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs.
• Negotiate compensation packages and present offers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and CRM systems.

• Stay current on healthcare market trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare or medical recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting in hospital, clinic, or staffing agency environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing and licensing requirements.
• Proven success in a commission-driven or performance-based role.
• Experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
