In Short

• Track and communicate team workload, task velocity, and sprint/release progress.
• Update Agile tracking systems to ensure transparency of team backlogs and programs.
• Assist teams in making informed commitments through transparency of their capacity and past performance.
• Manage delivery of client projects.
• Control margin expenses within the team.
• Manage overall risks – analyze and report/escalate issues or delays in commitments to management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to planned outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders.
• Identify needs that can be effectively addressed through projects.
• Develop project plans including goals, scope, implementation steps, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
• English level — from Upper-Intermediate.
• Understanding of project management methods, practices, and tools (Excel, Jira, Miro or similar tools).
• Knowledge and application of project management concepts and best practices.
• Understanding and assessment of project scope, costs, and risks.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization to implement projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while remaining organized and efficient.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
