Business Analyst (Freelance) - Remote

In Short

• Assist the Product Owner in preliminary functionality analysis.
• Identify and promote new features that meet client goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, PM, and development team.
• Create and validate requirements.
• Actively participate in Scrum events.
• Form and update the backlog along with requirements.
• Provide daily support to the development team.
• Participate in user acceptance testing.
• Develop the Product Roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a BA is preferred.
• English level - Upper Intermediate/Advanced.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence is mandatory, experience with AEM is a significant advantage.
• Ability to create and manage the backlog.
• Documentation skills: SRS, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, diagrams, prototyping (e.g., in Figma).
• Develop requirements in collaboration with developers, architects, designers, and other team members.
• Decompose product backlog items.
• Maintain BA documentation.
