Senior Omnichannel/Campaign Manager - Remote

Viseven Group is a leading global B2B MarTech service provider, empowering Pharma and LifeScience companies since 2009. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Omnichannel Senior Manager to lead and drive successful design and implementation of Omnichannel campaigns for our Clients.

In Short

• Lead and implement Omnichannel campaigns for international clients.
• Establish long-term relationships with clients to understand their goals.
• Support in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs to measure campaign success.
• Analyze campaign results for improvement proposals.
• Share best practices on campaign management with teams and clients.
• Work on global/regional strategic campaign development.
• Act as a coach and expert to educate stakeholders on offerings.
• Support Sales in pitching and converting proposals into sales.
• Contribute to shaping project approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Omnichannel and digital marketing.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or FMCG industry is a must.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Depth of Omnichannel experience including brand planning and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, and Content Authoring platforms.
• Experience in marketing strategy development at a global or regional level.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented skills.
• Project management and digital campaign coordination experience.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
