Overview

The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and initiatives for Visana Health, focusing on acquiring and retaining customers through effective marketing to health plan members and employer clients.

• Lead B2B2C marketing strategies to engage health plan members.
• Create targeted campaigns for health plan providers and their members.
• Leverage data insights to optimize marketing strategies.

• Manage the online presence of Visana, including the website and social media.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in marketing initiatives.

• Drive brand positioning and communication strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B and B2B2C healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations.
• Experience in data-driven marketing and analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Integrity and strong business judgment.
• MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing leadership roles desired.
