Workday HCM Manager - Remote

Overview

As Manager HCM Systems at Visa, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring it functions properly and securely across a global organization.

In Short

• Responsible for HCM system configuration and maintenance.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and vendors.
• Analyze and implement mobility and total rewards programs.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Manage relationships with HR stakeholders.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Perform unit and quality assurance testing.
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) in business processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with diverse global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years’ experience with Workday HCM and Security configurations.
• Experience with Workday EIBs and advanced custom reports.
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Workday Pro Certification(s) preferred.
