US Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The US Compliance Analyst will support interchange strategy by ensuring proper levels of interchange are paid and received by Visa's clients, while also ensuring Visa systems function as intended.

In Short

• Support project streams related to interchange compliance.
• Identify anomalies in the interchange process.
• Develop and maintain KPIs/dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Manage incidents for errors.
• Document error resolution processes and compliance reviews.
• Support other interchange related processes as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Visa's interchange programs.
• Experience or interest in process improvement is desirable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, pricing analysis, or similar fields.
• Experience with SQL and large data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Payments industry knowledge is preferable.
