Overview

The Manager, Software Engineering will lead the Accounts team at Pismo, focusing on optimizing account management processes and enhancing customer experience on the platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Experience leading a team and building processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Java or Golang and Relational DBs.
• Experience with Software Architecture, microservices, AWS, CI/CD.
• Familiarity with large-scale/high-throughput services.
• Understanding of SRE/DevOps, Quality, and Security concepts.
