Data Scientist / Data Engineer, Fraud Modeling Team - Remote

Overview

The Data Scientist / Data Engineer will be part of the Fraud Modeling Team at Visa, focusing on model development and performance tracking for risk models, as well as conducting statistical analyses to drive product development.

• Execute model development and performance tracking for risk models.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in predictive modeling functions preferred.
• A Master's or PhD in a quantitative field preferred.
• Strong background in machine learning and statistical learning theory.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and big data technologies.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Team player capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in fraud modeling is a plus.
