Cybersecurity Analyst – Audit & Compliance (GRC) - Remote

Overview

This Cybersecurity Analyst position will serve as part of Visa's Cybersecurity Audit and Compliance (A&C) function within the Cybersecurity Governance Risk and Compliance and M&A Integration (GRC) team, providing oversight, coordination, and delivering activities that support successful internal audits, external audits, and compliance.

• Provide oversight and coordination for internal and external audits.
• Validate effectiveness of Cybersecurity controls across Visa.
• Stay updated on new security tools and techniques.
• Develop risk management reporting activities.
• Update leadership on technology risk and compliance issues.
• Develop dashboards to increase efficiency.
• Work with various control owners and technologies.
• Assist with compliance certifications like PCI and FFIEC.
• Conduct in-depth technical reviews of enterprise systems.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years in Information Security, Audit, Risk, and/or Compliance.
• Experience with industry security policy areas.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Understanding of automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proficiency in SQL for managing databases.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Microsoft Power BI.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• CISSP, CISA, or CISM certifications preferred.
• Ability to synthesize data points and formulate risk mitigation plans.
