• Process high volume Client Payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain high accuracy while inputting Client beneficiary information.
• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) classifications on incoming funds.
• Accurately allocate funds to client accounts.
• Identify and escalate operational issues promptly.
• Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing payments.
• Develop knowledge of internal systems and external payments networks.
• Manage time effectively, completing tasks within SLA.
