Overview

The Compliance & Risk Analyst will support and execute activities related to Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery, ensuring the organization’s resilience against incidents and disruptions.

In Short

• Support Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery processes.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Map critical technologies and develop Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
• Coordinate disaster recovery tests with technical teams.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Manage continuity-related risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Prepare reports on test results and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on continuity-related activities.
• Maintain documentation such as policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree.
• 3+ years of work experience preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Knowledge of cloud environments.
• Strong skills in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
• Knowledge of Risk Management and BIA processes.
• Experience with disaster recovery tests and audits.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Business Continuity certification preferred.
• Experience in regulated operational environments.
