• Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise customers.
• Ensure customers understand the value and architecture of Virtue AI’s solutions.
• Dive deep into enterprise AI use cases and map customer requirements to Virtue AI’s capabilities.
• Design innovative solutions for AI/LLM deployments.
• Facilitate evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
• Draft and deliver customer-facing technical proposals and documentation.
• Develop best practices and reusable playbooks for scaling.
• Act as the customer’s advocate to influence product direction.
• Collaborate with partners to enable joint solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• 2+ years architecting or supporting NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
• Strong understanding of generative AI.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python and AI infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous environments.
• Track record of implementing high-impact processes.
• 5+ years as a software engineer or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
