eCommerce Assistant - Remote

Overview

Our client is an eCommerce business selling kitchenware and appliances, specializing in online retail across multiple platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.

In Short

• Process and manage customer orders.
• Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the website.
• Assist with stock management and liaise (via email) with suppliers and distributors.
• Monitor shipping and follow up on any delivery issues.
• Support marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media.
• Research new product opportunities and competitor pricing.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Update inventory twice a day before 9:30 am and 4 pm.
