The SRE Support Engineer will provide high-level technical support for a compute platform, focusing on Linux, Kubernetes, and container technologies.

Requirements

• Strong Linux fundamentals and networking skills.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience in production support for large-scale systems.
• Ability to write and understand Python scripts.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working independently with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Spark, Kafka, or distributed systems is a plus.
