In Short

• Define and evolve Virta’s care delivery product strategy.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Operational leaders.
• Build systems for delegation, automation, and personalization.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and AI teams.
• Extend care team facing AI and ML systems.
• Accountable for care delivery product OKRs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or healthcare delivery innovation.
• Experience with service design and complex workflows.
• Ability to build for systems, not just features.
• Knowledge of generative AI and its applications.
• Strong collaboration skills with clinicians and engineers.
• Excitement for driving measurable improvements in outcomes.
• Experience with iteration and experimentation.
