• Develop, maintain, and update global policies focused on child safety.
• Evaluate the risk profile of new products and features.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects to enhance child safety.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Research, and Operations teams.
• Develop and deliver training programs on child safety policies.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of child safety programs.
• Conduct research to identify innovative solutions for online child safety.
• Communicate complex information about child safety policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety.
• Deep understanding of child safety challenges.
• Proven ability to develop and implement content policies.
• Experience in program management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with maturity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
