Strategy Evaluation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Strategy Evaluation Consultant will support VillageReach in assessing the early impact of its 2030 Strategy aimed at reducing inequities in access to primary healthcare. The consultant will document case studies, provide recommendations for evidence collection, and conduct a landscape assessment of existing evidence.

• Conduct an early assessment of VillageReach's 2030 Strategy
• Document case studies showcasing successful components of the strategy

• Conduct a landscape assessment of existing evidence on health equity
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and program teams
• Work under the supervision of the Research Evidence and Learning Team Lead
• Identify exemplars of effective health systems
• Focus on supply chain, data systems, and health workforce
• Support efforts to improve access to primary healthcare
• Contribute to building responsive health systems for under-reached communities

Requirements

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation in healthcare
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Knowledge of public health systems and strategies
• Ability to conduct landscape assessments
• Experience in case study documentation
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in health care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience working with NGOs or similar organizations
• Understanding of health equity issues and challenges
