Overview

VillageReach is launching the HPV Vaccine Peer-to-Peer Learning Initiative in Nigeria, aimed at improving HPV vaccine uptake among out-of-school girls by strengthening the capacity of immunization staff.

In Short

• Facilitate peer-to-peer learning approaches for immunization staff.
• Coordinate Learning Exchange Program and Peer-to-Peer Learning Groups.
• Engage participants in both in-person and digital platforms.
• Support the development of learning materials and tools.
• Organize logistics for in-person meetings.
• Lead virtual sessions with HPV vaccine champions.
• Monitor engagement and troubleshoot challenges.
• Document lessons learned and best practices.
• Work with the M&E lead to track key indicators.
• Participate in stakeholder engagement meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in health systems, ideally immunization.
• Strong facilitation and community engagement skills.
• Ability to coordinate and organize logistics.
• Experience with digital tools for learning.
• Strong communication skills.
