User Experience & Interface Advisor - Remote

Overview

The User Experience & Interface Advisor is responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences and interfaces for all digital journeys under their responsibility.

In Short

• Conduct user research to understand needs and preferences.

• Design UI/UX mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, e-commerce, or IT.
• Minimum of five years of experience in user experience design.
• Strong knowledge of UX design methodologies.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Experience with Design Thinking and Service Design.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in telecommunications is a plus.
