In Short

• Design AI-first software solutions that address complex user stories.
• Integrate LLM workflows—prompt engineering, vector search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Own small but critical production modules end-to-end (code ▶ deploy ▶ monitor).
• Contribute to internal tooling or open-source utilities that 10× team velocity.

Requirements

• Final-year student, recent graduate or boot-camp alum (≤ 2 years’ experience).
• Portfolio that shows you love to ship (GitHub, hackathons or other).
• First-hand experience with LLM APIs or fine-tuning; eager to deepen AI skills.
• Polyglot mindset - choose the best language/framework for each problem.
• Growth engine: seek feedback, iterate fast, turn “I don’t know” into prototypes quickly.
• Able to overlap 3–4 hours with CET.
