Requirements

• 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with 3+ years in a VP role.
• Hands-on background in FP&A and strategic finance.
• Experience in scaling a company in the $50M–$150M revenue range.
• Strong command of SaaS metrics and growth-stage financial strategy.
• Experience leading M&A and post-merger integration.
• CPA preferred; MBA a plus.
• Executive presence and strong judgment.
